Stratix provided reliable and low cost Chromebooks for our students when we were unable to purchase them elsewhere. Their staff were very easy to work with and replied to any concerns or issues very quickly with a resolution. They are responsive to requests for repairs within a very short amount of time allowing us little down down for our students learning experiences.
The personalities representing the services are good and pleasant people and that matters a lot.
Smart mobile programs. Our business will provide the managed mobility services. Custom enclosures will help us the address our unique needs. Solution design and management programs to execute the mobile strategy
The initial sales of the Chromebooks are made through a salesperson who immediately hands you over to another person to complete the transaction, and to follow=up on shipping you have to speak to another person. I believe they have too many people involved in one sale. We did have to send back new Chromebooks not long after purchase for repairs, this can be frustrating- a new computer should not have mechanical issues. We purchased the additional repair plan but it does not pay for shipping the Chromebook back to Stratix. I feel something like shipping should be included in the cost of the repair plan I purchase.
We struggle with opportunities involving follow up and follow through.
We're very much happy with tool and service of the product. Most user friendly platform compared to other tools. So no dislikes
