Technical support is always the biggest disappointment of my Kony experience. Technicians are rarely able to help you on first contact. It often take several attempts just to get a support technician that can understand and help with the issue. The language barrier is also a big problem, Technicians need to have stronger English language skills if they are going to work with US customers.
