I don't have any likes this legal, Tigo definitely needs to change all of their towers
I love this service because you can get in touch with your family and vendors on the organization, you can use it for business or personal purposes and the signal is excellent , we have increased our income for this service.
Pricing is not the best, support is not as fast as I would want and their platforms for payments and other information seems out of date.
Everything I mean, you have no signal bars you have no coverage, you are completely uncovered.

Not a mobile option
I don't really like to talk bad about any service but Tigo definitely deserves it. Drop calls every where, no signal, data services are just not working, 4G never works And you don't even know when the service will return when it fails. I was on the thinking that it was my device the one that was failing, But recently I just got a brand new one and it is still not working, I changed SIM cards but still same results. A no service.
There is no worst service than this. Dropped calls, no data service, always looking for signal are few of the sympthoms that you can experience when using tigo. Whenever you need it the most it always fails. Does not support voice and data at the same time and no VoLTE available. Really not worth it getting it for a company. Good services. However, high prices.
I have been with TIGO SERVICES since the begging and I think in general is a good company regarding communication services. However, it will need to improve in some other ways as the type of services they provide to their customers or at least the way they do it. On the other hand, the prices are really high compare with the others communications services in the country.
