Tray AI Orchestration Platform Likes & Dislikes
- Ease of Use: The workflow builder in Tray makes it easy to automate complex integrations without heavy coding. - Multiple Prebuilt connector Support: Tray's wide connector library makes it simple to integrate with tools like Salesforce, Slack and SharePoint. - Maintenance: It has been stable with minimal downtime, and any occasional issues are easy to trace and fix.
The capacity to easily debug workflows by checking step logs.
The range of connectors and integrated platform.
Granular access controls, like approvals when publishing changes by non admins, are currently missing. Additionally, having more detailed logs that capture the solution screen changes would greatly improve transparency and governance for teams managing the same projects.
Setting up multiple environments (dev / staging / prod) is not intuitive, so we stayed with a single production environment for a long time, which made testing harder.
Concurrency has been a recurring issue for us, and in general webhook architecture integrations. The issues from concurrency have cost us an enormous amount in customer relationship damage and pooling of costly internal resources to resolve what should be a straightforward piece of any enterprise integration platform.

Tray AI Orchestration Platform Reviews and Ratings

Driving Operational Efficiency with Low code Automation
I've had a great overall experience using Tray for building automations and Integrations. The platform is intuitive making it easy to connect systems and automate repetitive business processes. As an embedded user, I find value in it for building client-facing solutions. Its low code approach significantly reduces development time, and with the variety of connectors and ability to add custom logic via scripts, adds to its versatility. The main areas that could improve are debugging and monitoring, which can be challenging for large scale workflows. That said. Tray remains a dependable and well supported platform that delivers strong value for enterprise automations. - Director<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Wide Connector Range Noted Yet Concurrency and Webhook Architecture Challenges Persist
Tray has been crucial in allowing us to build more complex integration products and accompanying services. However, build times and overall cost management has been a hinderance to more accelerated revenue growth on the platform. - VP, Operations50M-1B USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source
HIPAA Compliance and Active Community Highlight Tray’s Core Business Benefits
Tray has been a solid tool for our business. Compared to other data connectors out there, Tray shines in being HIPAA compliant and is constantly coming out with new features. They also have a community of other Tray users that you can join in Slack, which helps see what other companies / teams are building using Tray. Additionally, their support team is fantastic. - Engineer50M-1B USDBankingReview Source
The best low-to-no-code IPaaS out there with seemingly every and any use case covered for!
Tray has simply put, saved me alone hundreds of hours by having the ability to connect various systems of ours in our GTM Tech Stack, including our homegrown system/product without the need for coding or even working with our ever-so-busy dev teams. Also the few times I've reached out for support, the responses have been top-notch, and deeply personalized. - PRODUCT MANAGER50M-1B USDSoftwareReview Source
Really solid tool for integrations, but support could be better.
Tray has made it way easier for us to automate stuff between multiple tools without looping in engineering every single time. It's honestly become a pretty core part of how we run integrations now.
