The team... we have met a lot of people from Trend, they all share an energy and passion for the field. They know their products very well, they know the industry very well, and they generally have a pretty good sense as to our needs and desires for improvements to the space.

Enormous policy options to control the environment/network endpoints and ease of dashboard options to look up threat event logs and endpoint details. Also, the agent status that reflects the agents version, active status and the last update status, light weight agent that make this Unique and even after installing the sensor its not consuming much memory, policy updated happens at the quickest which makes it great.
Its flexibility and power, makes it a beast to know, understand and maximize the value from. All security vendors struggle with accurate alerts versus noise, and security versus interference. Trend is no difference, but we generally understand the decision they make even when we want to be more or less aggressive in a particular circumstance.
Lack of urgency by technical support team while we were experiencing a complete loss of productivity with our 5000 users. Tech support was unable to identify the bug or runaway process which halted all productivity. Refusal to renegotiate the contract with us after we experienced a 7-figure loss of revenue due to the prolonged outage.
