I have historically used many different tools, softwares and visualization aides - and Trendminer is a shining and smooth pearl in a sea of sharp rocks. The web-based UI easily connects to our data warehouses and process a tremendous amount of data to satisfying visuals and trends with puzzling smoothness. I once tried, for curiosity's sake to pull up 21 years worth of time of a self made tag that calculates every minute a moving average over 24 hours. (to 6 figure precision). That is a fairly heavy load on both calculation and visual interpolation. It did demand a slight delay, but it was far removed from the system crasher it should have been.
