We appreciate that Virtru is highly intuitive and user-friendly, offering a robust, treaceble documentation system that allows us to set expiration dates and manage retrieval factors with ease. From an administrative standpoint, it provides a comprehensive view of how the tool is being utilized, and its integration into our communication system was seamless from the start.
What we like most about Virtru is its ease of use combined with strong data security.
1) Privacy-centric approach to email encryption, 2) Great UI and UX for Google Workspace, 3) Continuous product development.
So far, we have not identified any weaknesses in the product. It has consistenly met our expectations and delivered on its promises
Reporting and visibility, Administrative complexity for advanced features, Troubleshooting edge cases. Reporting capabilities are somewhat limited, While basic functionality is easy to use, some advanced configurations and policy controls are not very intuitive and require additional time to understand. External recipient access issues or integration edge cases are not always easy to diagnose.
