NeoLoad is a very mature tool, with a feature set that puts it on par with heavy hitters in the performance testing space. It offers more protocol support than the open-source tools, which is very welcome in the real world of performance testing. I have interacted with their Sales and Support and both are highly responsive and knowledgeable. I like the user interface and graphical performance displays compared to the open-source alternatives, which are very basic. Highly recommended. Their support is excellent.
