For me, the Unitrends Appliance is easy to setup as you just have to configure the appliance's IP address and you can use its backup and recovery feature already.

Failover capability: Once a server is down or not working, you can temporarily use the Appliance as a failover in order to continue the business.
Ease of setup and when it works, it works very well and is seamless.
The flexibility of it to allow for instant recovery.
For some reason the product is kind of pricey, some of the legacy OS are not supported in bare metal recovery and its support can still improve. Right now, there is 1 support I always wanted, the rest is not that good.
The biggest issue is with the sales team and all supporting teams not being able to provide correct answers to critical questions regarding the appliance and its capabilities. They default to telling you what you want to hear instead of what is correct.
Some of the updates were very clunky and required support assistance.
