The software is easy to use and provides a general dashboard that an executive can understand. The support team is always available to help the client . The company is always listening to the client's remarks in order to improve the software.
I have not seen any glaring weaknesses in our usage of this product. It is a new tool for us, and has given us information that we did not know existed.

The software should be better integrated with the security software, managing many security policies could be an irritant. The integration of the software could be a mess if the client is not doing an initial overview of his data (inventory). The software may return data that is not really meaningful. The data sources that the software is using should be clean. Make sure you create a project within your organization in order to follow th eimplemmentationand result. It will be much easier to be successful with the project.
