Full controll for admin. Infallibility. Fast and simple configuration.
It is blisteringly fast. It is extremely reliable. It has saved my bacon on multiple occasions, having real time replication for critical service redundancy and disaster recovery has proven to be an essential business requirement.
Is integrate with Linux Kernel.
Lack of one simple management tool for full review of the cluster. The price for full-featured version is too big. Lack of automatic monitoring tools and alarms.
Not much, it fits my needs like a glove and has the scalability options I need as we grow.
Not found a disadvantage yet.
