Service Management & Multisourcing - Excellent support and flexibility to work across different regions and networks, reducing dependency on a single carrier. Device & Application Management - Smooth integration and easy configuration of IoT devices, which saves us operational time.
What we appreciated is that we were able to deploy devices using eSIM and switch smoothly between telecom profiles on the fly. It's important for our international staff.
Honestly theres not much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that some of the advanced features and settings can feel a little hidden at first. it takes a bit of digging and trial and error to find certain options in the dashboard
SIM & Subscription Management - While functional, the process could be more streamlined, especially for large-scale deployments. Learning Curve for New Users - Some advanced features take time for teams to fully adapt to. Reporting & Analytics - Could be more customizable to meet different business reporting needs.
