The dashboard capabilities make identifying performance issues and troubleshooting quick and easy, and it provides overall peace of mind that we can look at things proactively and react in real time. It's also quite scalable, and has scaled alongside our business. It also makes it easier to provide various views to leadership and stakeholders across our business, so it lessens the manual workload and provides peace of mind.
It has strong data analytics and storage.
I like the excellent integrations that are available, the logging and metrics can be easily searched and filtered through to find the relevant data I need, and the monitoring and alerting are top notch.
For someone who is not savvy with Google Cloud, it can be confusing to figure out, and setting up dashboards and reporting can be time consuming. It can also get expensive as you scale, and is not suitable for multiple admins - there needs to be someone managing it to avoid confusion.
It has less features and services.
The things I like the least are the pricing that continues to scale up only, the learning curve for setting up new systems or integrations can be pretty steep, and at times the user interfaces for the different products feel difficult to navigate.
