Implementation was pretty easy
The vendor was really knowledgeable about their product and the applications we were looking to retire. The implementation team was good to work with and made the implementation pretty easy. In the future, they may want to gain more knowledge regarding applications that may be a bit more difficult to retire, such as Meditech.
