The best feature is Instant Mounts and creating multiple mount copies for any Data managements. Auto discovery of applications Physical server system state backups
As I have mentioned above, this product was an eye opener and changed the way we do things in my organization. To be able to satisfy the needs of the Test and Dev team, Information Security team and our DBAs was what we really missed as an organization. Another fantastic experience is the Customer Support. My previous experience with the legacy system's support was not good. As an organization we had sought the local support but that had plenty of challenges. Actifio Support availability and the ease of accessing the Knowledge Base to find solutions as well as learn the best practices was a major milestone.
it will be great if we have more flexibility for job scheduler
Due to limited access to root infra on CDS appliance we as a service provider face limitations to troubleshoot and dig down more in case of any issue. Being a new product, actifio service support or customer support engineer lack conceptual knowledge on product. Lack Knowledge articles and community pages for issue discussion.
To be totally honest, I am yet to find something to dislike about this product or service.

The Best and Simple
My experience with Actifio CDS product is great as its functionality is quite unique and gives different features which are quite fast and simple. I would rate AGM and reporting manager GUI usage as average but with time and version upgrades its showing much improvements. Actifio product support for sure need some improvements in process. Actifio CDS brought me from what I call "Stone Age" of Data Protection.
I would say that Actifio CDS, really changed how we do things in the organization. Compared to the legacy backup solution we had, my work became over 1000 times easier. Moving from tape backup to disk based backup really was fantastic change. Functionality of Actifio especially when it came to Test and Dev environments, was what we were really missing.
