The intuitive drag-and-drop designer made it feel like you were building a flowchart, and teams could collaborate on designs without needing deep coding skills. I also like the built in connectors for common apps, we were able to automate a lead qualification process that pulled data from salesforce and updated records. Very cool. Finally, the seamless Microsoft integration saved us time from going into SharePoint folders and a single sign in works
Out-of-the-box integrations with ERP and custom apps are strong, reusable connectors reduce development time, and stored process data is portable, helping with migration or integration with other platforms.
The intuitive user interface and robust process monitoring tools have enhanced transparency and allowed us to quickly identify and address bottlenecks. The flexibility to deploy solutions both on-premises and in cloud has supported evolving IT strategy.
limited UI customization making it difficult to create a truly custom, modern or well branded user experience. Our larger multi-departmental processes became slower with sluggish instance startups and dashboard timeouts.
We can easily automate things but it's not very user friendly. The integration get triggered from would get stuck and not update the status from downstream application.
Although the platform is user-friendly for basic workflows, leveraging more advanced features and integration often requires a deeper technical understanding. This can slow adoption among non-technical users.
