Personally, I find Aloware to be very easy to use and intuitive. I did not encounter any groundbreaking challenges with it throughout my entire year of daily usage of the product and honestly, I think this is one of the best communication tools out there right now. Its automation is awesome; the summaries that it provides for your stats and interactions throughout your workday makes tracking so much easier and simpler so you can get those daily reports done with ease before the end of the day.

What I like most about Aloware is the full range of voicemail customization that it provides. First off, it gives you the option to freely record your own personal voicemail, and you can also upload the audio files that you have recorded and downloaded to your PC previously. It's just chef's kiss when it comes to personalization and I think this is very much needed in our digital age wherein AI has become very prominent.

It has noise cancellation and an interactive interface as well as the possibility to record the calls.

Dislike

I just hate it when you refresh the Communications or Inboxes page in order for all of the entries to show, it will take such a long time for everything to display - like most likely it will be missing 2 or 3 entries and it will take about 5-10 minutes for everything to be processed on their server for it to show up in the summaries. This is especially tough when you accidentally hit refresh while working that's why I always make it a priority to never refresh the Communications page while I am working.

Dislike

Could not dial using an external keyboard.
