I really like having a dashboard that shows the status of protection across all our environments, cloud, data center, and remote sites. The built in analytics and recommendations surface issues and optimization opportunities we might've missed otherwise. The interface is clean and intuitive, so onboarding new team members and adjusting policies is faster and less error prone.

It has the ability to scalability that helps to increase data management needs as per the user which is suitable for all businesses to expand their data volumes. It supports cloud-based or hybrid scalability that helps to move data between on-premises and cloud environments. It has features like backup automation, granular recovery, multi-cloud storage, and long-term data retention. It seamlessly integrates with public clouds like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Getting everything configured the first time took some effort especially when integrating multiple environments. While the dashboards are useful there are times when deeper customization or more granular views would be helpful for specific reporting needs. Some of the more advanced analytics and policy options aren't immediately intuituve and require extra time or documentation to fully understand.

There are some bugs & stability issues during upgrades. There are integration issues with third party applications. Response is sometimes slower than expected. Performance can be vary due to latency while interacting with cloud storage.
