Once tuned the platform has provided extremely detailed and useful data which helps our organization manage our known (and unknown) assets as well as prioritize our vulnerability remediation work.
Easy of use, setup and extensible customization when it comes to integrations with other solution.
Very easy to configure, UI is well-done and easy to use, and support is great when it comes to bug fixes.
We caught the product in the middle of an acquisition where there were significant changes made to the UI and capabilities of the Vulnerability Prioritization and Remediation component which set us a bit back on our Vulnerability Management program but will improve the experience going forward. The query language and AI search capabilities were a little weak to start but are improving.
Lack of log visibility and details. Not being able to collect your own PCAPs from the collectors at any given time. I have to ask for them.
Pace of product improvements has slowed since the acquisition, still a bit lacking as far as number of available integrations, and it's still lacking some features I would consider to be standard like an API.
