My experience with AutoAudit has been great from the beginning. The implementation team was great and answered every little questions we had. AutoAudit does a great job when it comes to setting up your control matrix on a tool that is highly customizable to your needs. Needs improvement
As a previous user of this product (2014-2017); in comparison to a new software I have started to used I can now definitely see that Auto Audit has a lot to improve in terms of functionality. They are behind the product curve as to what an audit management software should be. Customer service was also found to be poor.
