- Documentation from BigID Docs site is really good - Ease of Integration between Servicenow and BigID was smooth to achieve - Doing Authentication and getting Oauth access token was easy compared to other tools - User Interface is easy to navigate - We were able to generate reports on user sensitive data with storing them in ServiceNow for a limited time and then wiping them out of the data from the instance.
- Automatic analysis of Sensitive data on serviceNow Platform - Good Documentation from BigID regarding the product - Provides sample data sets to test in non-prod instances
- User Interface could be better
User Interface can be improved. I feel this can be implemented by large organizations.
