Request based system. Some of the standard features compared to SAP were missing resulting into discomfort within users about the usage of the product. Specifically in India GST implementation was very poorly handled resulting into suffering of business transaction of high impact.

Competent resources with on time delivery
Overall a good Oracle EBS implementation experience with KPIT. Very competent resources. Post implementation support is also good. Competitive pricing. On time implementation. A great partner but took some time to develop the relationship.
Our initial engagement with KPIT involved Oracle JD Edwards OneWorld CNC administration and offshore development resources under two separate lines of management. The initial "honeymoon" period was a little rocky in part due to our decisions to cut short on site knowledge transfer in order to keep costs down. The transition for CNC Administration was smoother than the offshore development as KPIT was able to keep a key on site resource in place after the transition. KPIT management was always willing to address personnel concerns and propose solutions for improving the offshore development pain points.
