It automatically applied pricing rules as well as maintained margins and could apply discounts if needed.
It is easy to use and has a brick-system which can be used to setup different commodity poducts. The usability is great and it has a mobile app.
Pricing and quoting capabilities of B2W to adapt business requirement is good. Time to delivery of business. Knowledge of expert involved in transformation. Flexible for different applications. compatible with all OEm and applications.
I found the implementation and the rule engine rigidity a bit stiff. We had to bring in IT quite a bit.
Bit2win has big limits, it is not flexbile and after the implementation we had to rely on our integration partner for every small change. If you have a big product catalogue it is very hard to use bit2win to manage the pricing of it.
Very broad data model not easy to understand , post implementation support also can be improved.
