The things I like most about it are: 1. Seamless Integrations: It plays a crucial role in working smoothly with existing platforms and other business systems, improving work execution time. 2. Real Time Update: This is a real time update that indicates if any changes are updates. 3. Automation of approvals: It is automatically approved in workflow, without taking more time and time taken depends on data size.
It is easy to use and has a brick-system which can be used to setup different commodity poducts. The usability is great and it has a mobile app.
It automatically applied pricing rules as well as maintained margins and could apply discounts if needed.
The things I dislike most about it are: 1. Complex Setup: It is make more complex to setup Initial implementation and configuration is time taken and build to take challenges for technical. 2. High Cost: It supports high cost to purchase licence of product and customisation in production. 3. Performance Delay: There is a delay in response when the data volume is too large and complex rules for large data.
Bit2win has big limits, it is not flexbile and after the implementation we had to rely on our integration partner for every small change. If you have a big product catalogue it is very hard to use bit2win to manage the pricing of it.
I found the implementation and the rule engine rigidity a bit stiff. We had to bring in IT quite a bit.
