Since BizTalk can communicate with various platforms, you can automate processes work on different applications. If you want to add a new platform to your processes, it is easy to add to BizTalk via adaptors. Therefore, it can be said it has high scalability, ease of use, and integration. We are using it in three different channels at work to link.
Can connect to almost anything out of the box, If its not out of the box adapter... Its simple enought to create an LOB adapter... And if that isnt enough, Write your own adapter.

Sometimes, it can cause problems that originated from its structure and solutions. For example, Biztalk offers you to collect documents from different channels with the same templates. Firstly, you identify templates to it and then can get them as a document. Sometimes, BizTalk does not recognize its own generated documents. Such problems could decrease the efficiency of the product.

Whether Microsoft admits it or not, BizTalk Server is a deprecated product. There have been no significant updates or improvements in many years. You must pay for a 3rd party tool in order to do even the most rudimentary monitoring of your production environment. Additionally, there is little/no community around the product - meaning you'll be stuck paying expensive consulting fees when you hit challenges or roadblocks.
