The product itself is very intuitive and helpful but additionally, it is supported by a larger community. Product as is, is very easy to use and still power full. I hardly remember reaching out services for help as community mostly has solution.
For smaller product integrations, the technical lift can be higher and the learning curve steeper.
Tools are heavy and may behave slow initially and also does not work best while sharing screen.
there are few challenges that can be make the experience better. Reaching services should be easier and less technical. The data collections done by Service should be done by creating one application that captures all the data, and we should be able to reach service and get a call initiated for less technical people
