Bluecat is nice to use for everyday tasks, user and permission delegation works fine after implementation.
Competitive pricing. DDI capability is pretty comprehensive and definitely ticks all the checkbox.
1) CSV import feature are missing 2) lot of good dashboards are missing 3) lot of bugs in every new release they come up with
Some features require configuration via ssh on the appliances (GSS-TSIG) and have to be re-applied after every upgrade. Sometimes the official documentation is incomplete or incorrect (AWS instance types, firewall ports, ...) Support is trying to help, but it often takes a few days to solve standard issues.
The support service as well as product documentation could definitely be improved. Public docs and KB articles could be better structured
