What I appreciate about the Canon MPS is the proactive support and maintenance. Additionally, the enhanced security features provide great peace of mind, knowing that our sensitive data is well protected.
Well, I must say that their technical staff is very supportive. They need to work on quick response time, but the interaction with the user is very polite and highly supportive. I have no doubt on the security of the platform. I can send my confidential documents to print on the printer without ever thinking of the thought there will be unauthorized access to that document. It is pretty good from security standpoint

Some key features/issues which I feel are really irritating: - Notification Overload - The frequent notifications and alerts can sometimes be overwhelming. User Training Materials: - The provided materials, while comprehensive, are heavily text-based.
Canon really need to work on quick response time for customer queries. Also, cost is on a higher side. I won't say it is too expensive, but on a higher side than other MPS providers in the market
