In terms of service i have nothing to complain about. Everything runs smoothly and the service engineers are very customer oriented.

I am less pleased with the infrastructure. in the early years of the contract we encountered serval major disruptions. The redundancy turned out not to work and for some components it wasn't even setup. Also many security patches an Windows updates are not implemented. We need tot continuously give Xerox heads-up's to update their infrastructure. To this day we are running on an unsupported Windows Server version from 2018!
