1. Domain expertise and experience in implementing SuccessFactors Onboarding and Offboarding. Capgemini's relevant and recent experience implementing the solution at other clients provided fresh understanding and expert advice on what was and wasn't possible. 2. Connection and understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and how to raise issues to determine solutions and feed back to project and business leads. 3. Mix of local, Australian and right shore resources made the iterative design and build process successful.
The MSS and ESS is good, it helped replacing some of the paperwork, the workflow is online, so it did save a lot of time. Also because we bought the whole modules, it's beneficial for us HRs, business managers and Executives, we don't need to switch from different systems to do recruiting or performance etc., all the data can be stored in one place, there won't be mismatch. We had many requirements that the system doesn't necessarily 100% fit, but Capgemini offered other solutions like RPA and sandbox etc.

1. due to the Covid pandemic face to face engagement for workshops and training was not possible 2. integration limitations of the SuccessFactors onboarding product with Learning Management.
It's a cloud system, so obviously some requirements cannot be fully achieved, for example the Learning modules, it's not too interactive with the learners, and some functionalities actually relies on our staff's self awareness. The other thing is, it's a bit hard for us none professionals to learn how to operate the system from an admin perspective, therefore we always ask the maintenance team to do it for us, it could be better if we ourselves do some system modifications.

Exceptional collaborations
It's been nice working with Capgemini China. To be honest, we have gone live within a very tight timing, yet they were able to deliver with excellent qualities. Overall good delivery under challenging circumstances
I'm not sure Outstanding is quite the right descriptor but average feels too low as there were some very good elements to the project, so have set this to Outstanding with comments that the project was delivered well and under some very challenging circumstances but there were some areas in later phases of the project that could have been improved. system can improve our work effciency
we have implemented SAP Successfactors RCM,ONB,EC with Capgemini for China, USA and Irl site. Now we are implementing Goal and Performance modules as well. We are going to expand our system functionality as well as the manufactory sites so the whole process is very exciting and promisint. So far, i feel the system can improve our work efficiency and employee satisfaction. Thanks to our vendor Capgemini, the process became easier and they gave us a lot of industrial experience for reference.
