Standout features for me is just the ease of use and the flexibility that has been added through updates. Celigo as a team are very open to taking suggestions from their user base. They do read what is posted on social media and have made efforts to understand what the customers want and need to make it a better platform.

Challenges in Customization and Support for South African Business Needs: 1. The complexity of setting it up

I dislike that it isn't as easy to find tutorials or training content outside of the Celigo ecosystem. I wish there was a larger body of work on YouTube specifically for How to videos that can help solve problems I've encountered. Overall this has gotten better and I assume that it will continue to do so. But as the platform grows it would be good to have more simple tutorial like videos on Integration.io that make it easy to watch and execute. I understand that they want people to go through their training programs but not everyone has time for that. We need a quick way to find the help we need to get things done.
