Support is top notch, any queries or problems are dealt with efficiently and very quickly.
Very powerful products with customizable fields and email notifications from standard or custom reports.
Autodiscovery works well to provide a list of software installed on PC and servers. The ability to report a specific installed software is used or not in the last 12months helps in cleaning up unused software.
It is slightly lacking when it comes to extracting information for reports and there are some peculiarities when it comes to first seen dates of printers and network devices.
US date / time format is default.
Not easy to reconcile the result of discovered software installed on PC or server with PC/server information to a table on a single pane. However, Certero can provide help to archive that through SQL query.

Powerful products and an excellent support service
While working to configure and operate this software, their support staff have provided excellent and tailored solutions for which I expect are also in place for others. When a site visit / training or screen share is required they have dedicated resources.
