We really liked the visibility that the platform provides across the entire IT environment. It makes it much easier to track hardware and software assets.
Support is top notch, any queries or problems are dealt with efficiently and very quickly.
Very powerful products with customizable fields and email notifications from standard or custom reports.
1. The initial set up and configuration can be complex: Because the platform covers a wide range of asset types, the implementation process can take time to fully configure, especially in large or complex IT environments. 2. Learning Curve: The platform has powerful features, but it may take time for teams to become fully comfortable navigating the interface. 3: Customized Reporting: While the platform provides useful built-in-repots, creating highly customized reports or dashboards sometimes requires additional configuration or expertise to get the exact format you need.
It is slightly lacking when it comes to extracting information for reports and there are some peculiarities when it comes to first seen dates of printers and network devices.

While working to configure and operate this software, their support staff have provided excellent and tailored solutions for which I expect are also in place for others. When a site visit / training or screen share is required they have dedicated resources.
