Good technology, not great development of the product
This product was not fully developed when we tested at one of our branches. We worked with Cisco TAC to try and get all of our issues resolved, and eventually after some time was able to do so. The unfortunate thing is that Cisco announced end of life for this product shortly after we finished our installation at one of our sites.
