The reliability and uptime has been great. There are local contact centers with access to qualified agents for technical support that bypasses tier 1 type support.
It took some time to initially call support, some delays for the actual install but we were able to manage and get through that. It would have been nice to have one dedicated support contact if possible.
Not good enough self-service troubleshooting to find root cause analysis problems. This should help resolve network issues much faster
Their products don't allow for much self administration if you prefer to do the configurations yourself.

However, the manageability of their SD-Wan and other products is quite limited if you prefer to administer changes on your own. Many routine changes requires a call to Comcast and sometimes you'll spend a bit of time on the phone which can be frustrating. It's comcast... you get what you pay for we tend to run the Coax service and have 99.9% uptime at most locations, two of our worst are at about 96% however other ISPs are not in the area
