The reliability and uptime has been great. There are local contact centers with access to qualified agents for technical support that bypasses tier 1 type support.
What we liked most about the Comcast solution are diverse connection options in a lot (but not all) areas. This is excellent if dedicated is too much and 2 diverse broadbands will do the trick. The upgrade ability is excellent also its easy and not much hardware changes are needed (in most of our situations). Though we sometimes experience slowness or poorer performing connections, the are up so we have not had any issues with service level agreements. The fully managed option was an excellent selection for us as the network team delivered as expected. Their design was also based with security first in mind, which was important to us.

Their products don't allow for much self administration if you prefer to do the configurations yourself.
What we disliked most about Comcast included the sales team. Our sales team was OK, however seemed to be slow and not as flexible as expected. We feel like they could have been more open and went more in detail about certain features. Performance is sometimes an issue, even when connected, its is noticeably slow sometimes (minimally). Our billing experience was a mess, as it took about 5 months to get all our billing issues corrected which was ridiculous. The delivery of the solution overall was delayed and should have been much quicker. Not sure what the real issue was but it was delayed. Their delivery teams just did not meet the project management expectations from a delivery perspective. Support is support...as with most providers they need help and a lot of it.
It took some time to initially call support, some delays for the actual install but we were able to manage and get through that. It would have been nice to have one dedicated support contact if possible.

The dedicated internet access service via their fiber circuit is excellent. However, the manageability of their SD-Wan and other products is quite limited if you prefer to administer changes on your own. Many routine changes requires a call to Comcast and sometimes you'll spend a bit of time on the phone which can be frustrating.
