Fiber Internet Service Offers High Reliability But Limited Self-Management Options
The dedicated internet access service via their fiber circuit is excellent. However, the manageability of their SD-Wan and other products is quite limited if you prefer to administer changes on your own. Many routine changes requires a call to Comcast and sometimes you'll spend a bit of time on the phone which can be frustrating. It's comcast... you get what you pay for we tend to run the Coax service and have 99.9% uptime at most locations, two of our worst are at about 96% however other ISPs are not in the area
