Vast number of languages support is something which is too good. Integration with Slack, Facebook Messenger, Google Chat, Telegram is seamless. Flexibility to use Java or Python or Go.
Quotas and quality of both fast and premium models.
Sometimes I feel as though it can do with more prompts to the end user. Looking at new users going into Conversation Agents from Google it can appear as though the user doesn't know what to do. Some more prompts would therefore help bolster the system.
Customer Support can be improved, Difficult to control the flow of the conversation, due to which sometime bot misunderstands requests. Customers can stuck in loop.
They don't have a good enough CLI tool like alternatives have. This makes coding companies look for alternatives and sometimes even subscribe to multiple providers.
