Service is very good in Ctera . Ctera - can be reached anytime for any major or normal issues that occur in production issues. The issues will be sorted out as expected. The Ctera portal server and Edge filer appliances are very good to use for faster file syncing across globally .

The filers are the brain for sharing resource to users, it's important to get functionalities to replicate configuration for shares for CIFS and NFS because this is a manual process that takes a lot of time.
Single dashboard is required for monitoring.
I wish the support for the hardware devices (HCxxx) continue. This would be the true use-case for the customers who prefer to install the service in a site where virtual environment doesn't exist.
