If you're running into high volumes of alerts, it almost always means you need to do the hard work of changing mindsets and processes in the organization. This helps you prioritize data governance efforts and the tool's data can be used alongside other initiatives in really useful ways.
The partnership that their team provides is valuable and the first that comes to mind. Their ability to detect and alert is something we talk about in our company as being a good part of their product. The combination of their technology and hands-on support makes them stand out.
Ease of Implementation - Cyberhaven was extremely easy to set up and use. Their team was fantastic to work with and answered our questions. Extensible - Cyberhaven alerts, rules and policies are extensible and easy to configure. Visibility and Insights - Cyberhaven platform has gained us visibility and insights into our DLP risks, including AI usage.
If I had to dislike anything it would be the lack of ways to pull data out of the product. They may have APIs for it, but it's not easy to pivot around some of the event data in Cyberhaven for analysis with parallel initiatives in the organization.
like other products it is the amount of tuning we need to do but that is par for the course for tools like this.
Feature Requests and Product Enhancements - Slower to implement our feedback into the product so far. Bugs - Chrome Extension bugs can impact certain parts of the service. They were quick to fix that though.
