For me, reliability and security are vital and the platform feels very stable and secure. The interface and overall user experience is also straightforward and easy to use which makes managing the more complex logistics tasks a lot simpler.
The Optimizer, Advanced Search , Admin features to cancel/revert, color, document uploads. Carrier and Customer Portals .
The optimization/planning engine is a HUGE positive we've seen across customers. The ability to save time for us and the customer with a tool that can plan automatically is a massive benefit. It is also something that most other platforms don't have which helps to differentiate us from the competition.
The advanced features do have a bit of a learning curve and some more customization would be nice in certain areas but overall I have no major complaints.
The way the contract process is set up, it is confusing to train others. Custom rates - not having the sequence number stay in order, or when you update one record you need to go all the way out and back in. Able to mass update dates that are on different days, exp: you have 5 loads and 1 load p/u each day. Being able to select (ALL) records on the grid to export, instead of 500 at a time in multiple spreadsheets. Dock Scheduler - being able to view more than one day of apt times would be helpful to have multiple views. Ability to sort/search within the permissions. When loads p/u late or not on time, having a reason code box populate forcing the carriers/ops to enter a reason.
The overall visual aesthetic of the system feels older when compared to other TMS platforms. Functionally it outperforms those platforms, but visually it could use a refresh or update to be more on par with the competition.
