Wireless PPSKs!!!
Most of my prejudices come from doing things a certain way. They weren't the only way but the way I knew. The migration from java controls to web based was difficult when used for so many years. It has taken some time to become fully reliant on the web but I believe it is delivering a similar experience.
Dated and not modernised.
Did a POC on Wired Switching. Great price point for Small Business. Found it to be less feature rich than the enterprise grade options.

Easy, Reliable, Secure...
From an IT Administration perspective, this product is easy to deploy, reliable and secure. We are a small team with limited resources and the ease of deployment was the first positive experience we had with the product. Being cloud based vs Server/Controller based allowed for hands-off upgrading of the management system, assuring that we were always up to date with security patching and new features. One of the major factors that lead to our decision to go with this product was the Security aspects, specifically the PPSK, Private Pre-Shared Key. This allowed us to be more granular with our Wireless Security and made VLAN Steering to a particular VLAN depending on what PPSK was entered, all while only broadcasting one SSID. Implementation was easy and daily management is piece of cake.
Very good devices with a strong radio. These devices are also very reliable. They can handle a high load. They are easy to deploy and manage thanks to the Wing controller. We chose to use these devices as we needed reliable and stable equipments for our venue.
