It is very easy to use because of its user friendly interface which doesn't require any extra training and also due to automation feature it can assign ticket assignments and routine workflow.
The product is built well with multiple layers of functions. The authorisation based on roles and the customised dashboard which also helps to trigger a regular email are the go to functions. Personally the most impressive tools are the Analytics and Workflow Automator.
Mobile app lacks many features as the desktop version which is kind of a drawback and the notifications are an overload which can confuse me a bit.
We are still facing difficulties in capturing the response and resolution time of individual groups, especially when multiple team members work on a single ticket.
