IBM Open Pages is a tool where we tried to add a lot og things to make risk management and our life easy. Its a risk events, performs risk assessments, and manages testing control. If we know how to immerse ourselves in daily work then audit planning is good.
It gets easy implemented, easy on your pockets and analytical tools are amazing to use. If the data is set up correctly it gives an amazing result, and you can see the significance of the data and deliverables it generated. Customisation of the solution is very easy to use and yet powerful Actual user adaption is very good and all the features and skill provide the required result to make the life easier.
Visualization of the risk analytics and to translation the risk insights for non-tech user . Three complanies I worked with ,they all had speccilation team to customise visualisation dashboard outside of Openpage
For new user it makes difficult for new users to adopt easily. It is not providing the data analytics integration with other software and reports format. Sometimes the page hangs or takes long intervals to load.
1. If possible, IBM can focus on reduction of manual inputs. 2. Can integrate the features of Ms excel and powerpoint as the IBM itself is not able to generate the reports, since spending huge cost for the setup, these features must be included
