The Understand, Refactor features stand out. This helps clients who want to stay on the mainframe but break down their large monolith into smaller components.
I would would love to be able to use the service in Vim/Neovim. I could not find any other means of interacting with Code Assistant other than the pre-compiled extensions for Visual Studio and Eclipse. I'm not sure if you can use IntelliJ or any other IDE.
Lack of enterprise level feature
The complex setup process, multiple features that have to be integrated and needs multiple skill sets and constant support from IBM.
