Multiple endpoint configurations are available, application profiles are easy to set up and maintain, and their extension objects allow us to create outside-the-box customizations that extend the functionality of the product.
Our company uses the fingerprint readers and I really enjoy how fast we can gain access to our systems as opposed to typing in a password, and it helps us track who is using a computer at the shared kiosk stations.
Seamless integration and fast and secure access
Agent upgrades take longer than I would like, and agent upgrades also require a reboot, which can be problematic, especially in a hospital environment.
The main issues I have found with the system itself is that some of the tabs and settings are hard to find and there is not enough customization options. While going through deployment we had a lot of difficulty with our project management team that was assigned and were given little information and assistance. There was a lot of back and forth and days we would go without responses and meetings cancelled at the last minute. Another factor is that we are a manufacturing company and this is geared towards healthcare, this leads us to have a variety of features that do not apply and it sometimes can be confusing to try to gear it to fit our company better.
