There is the possibility to have the same solution both on-premises than in cloud. The solution presents plenty of possibilities to customize the entities and the relationships. The solution has a set of very promising technology roadmapping functionalities.
Self customization capability, API integration and scalability to our enterprise (>80k users)
Easy to use
It's not possible to trigger software actions when specific field values are inserted by users. It's not possible to make calculations on field values. It's not possible to handle different currencies at the same time. It's really difficult to set up security monitoring of the solution when deployed on premises (security logs are not easily collectable to be automatically sent to a SIEM platform).
