The configuration interface is easy to use.
there are what we would consider to be generic features and options for audit management and all of them are serviceable but nothing stands out above anything specifically. Pricing was able to be negotiated down and that helped influence the decision to go with Navex over other options entering 2024.
Workflows are developed based on your own processes instead of having the technology define your processes. I also like how data that's imported/added into one module can be accessed by all modules. In our GRC group we assign management of and access to a module according to a person's role, however, we rely on much of the same information. It's convenient that this information can be accessed by all of us even if we're managing separate modules.
There are limitations to the content storage and reference capability.
as stated before, nothing stands out above or below average. Not to be nitpicky but there's not much here to stand out above the competition other than prior relationship experience leading to the decision and pricing being within our budget. Difficult to determine a feature we dislike or enjoy more than any other at this early stage of deployment.
To get the most out of the tool you need to start out having well-defined processes. It forces organizations to actually map out a process instead of letting a technology define it for them, which is actually a good thing. In the end, the organization has a greater understanding of the intent of a process and the data needed to support it.

Implementation is fairly easy, but the training class should be more customized
