Regular, well-thought-out updates, great communication with the userbase, plenty of training and support. Our integration has been overseen and managed by our service provider, and their ongoing support and knowledge of the product has aided greatly in the seamless transition to automated document management and workflows.

Our organization recently moved from an outdated and unsupported document retention system to Laserfiche. This platform is much more user friendly and intuitive for the end user. However, we needed a consultant to assist with the building of the structure and the workflows. This is not an "out of the box" solution and is very technical in nature. However, the end result is a better system with more controls that will be longer lasting for our organization.
