Can easily take notes and access information while I'm taking calls with my clients. It also makes it easy to contact multiple clients with just few clicks. Our reps are able to make high number of calls in a short time as the lists gets updated in realtime. Can also sync my phone with the system. Leads and their detailed information (including lead status) are well organized, and makes it very easy tracking lead follow-ups. Their customer service is very responsive and timely. to save me time on dialing numbers. Highly customizable with custom views, fields & tabs and intuitive user interface.
Lead manager, ability to perform batch processes
I really like the automatic dialing of prospective clients and the ability to take notes within the system. I also like the ability to search among a number of different fields to find leads. The interface and navigation are simple.
Sometimes there is a few seconds lag between the call starting and phone ringing. There should be more options to add in calendar events like action items, notes. To pull leads with OR filter, would require multiple reports to be created and then merged. Would like to have more advanced filter options.
Customer service. Management not willing to work with smaller companies on variable contracts. Cannot reduce seats mid-term. If they were confident in their product they would allow this, especially to clients who have been working with them for a long time.
Their reports don't update in real time. There can be periods of lag or time out. Frequently it will circulate the same leads on a daily basis while others aren't showing up.
