The ability to drill down and look for efficiency, inventory or even just last few months of invoices.
They dedicate an entire team, each member with specific strengths, to make sure they handle everything well. The platform has multiple ways of getting to the info you need to make decisions. The reporting is fantastic, having everything in one easy to search location is awesome.
Their Management of Things (MoT) is an awesome tool that is very user friendly. It encompasses everything we need from an inventory list down to an itemized invoice with details that Tellennium has provided for additional clarity about service type(s), details about disputes, and/or cost optimization recommendations. The tool gives me reporting capabilities we've never had for telecom spend before with a ton of standardized reports that can be easily modified by the customer via filter options.
Not having this for your business
I wish it did not take so many steps to get to invoice copies. I had hoped we would be able to select how many pages of each invoices we ingest into our system. Some of the more complex coding invoices that change monthly can be a challenge.
