It's extremely simple to use, and every bit of the UX is clear and intuitive. It's very action-focused, with the most common user journeys available to action directly from the landing page, i.e. book a desk. It is customisable to meet office layouts, and adaptable for changes too.
There are virtually no integrations with other products, such as Google Calendar, or meeting room management software. As an administrator, it can be fiddly to edit user permissions on location, advance booking, etc. As a user, recurring bookings and simple rules-based bookings are hard or impossible to implement.
