I really like the ability to be able to view time, expenses, and payroll within the system. On the employee side, it is very easy to input time, and on the manager side, it is very easy to approve time. However, my favorite aspect is the customer service.
I wish ADP was merged with MBO. I do not like how I have to go to two different platforms to view financials on either side.

MBO deserves a higher rating due to its customer service. The platform as a whole is slightly clunky and could feature a more sleek design that is more convenient for users.
