Mainly the speed, it really helps with productivity, but also the detailed reporting on cached objects and the API is excellent as well.

I think the functionality could be more organized. It seems you have to dive deep into multiple menus to make the smallest changes, but I think we will get used to that. But in my experience with Microsoft, as soon as we get used to where things are, they will move them again. :)
the management console is bit complex. i would prefer a more dedicated management console for the CDN
Troubleshooting can feel like detective work, pricing isn't always intuitive, feature consistency varies between providers
